Professionals are increasingly working with people presenting with different kinds of mental distress, and sometimes it can be hard to access the help you need. This training will introduce professionals to common mental health problems and disorders, and teach 3 evidence based tools for intervening effectively with someone facing mental distress.

Please note this training is targeted at work with people aged 18+, (which can include the families and carers of young people). Despite this, many of the elements of the training will be relevant to work with younger people.
The purpose of group training is to deliver training to your workplace group on a date, and in a format, which suits you.
Training can be delivered either live online or in your workplace.
The cost of training will depend on the size of your group, the length of the training, whether you require any extras (eg an extended Q&A), and – if you require training in the workplace – your location.
