Personality disorder is a much used and poorly understood term. What does it actually mean, what might I encounter in someone with PD diagnoses, how can I support someone with a personality disorder diagnosis to access relevant support, and what can I do that does or doesn’t help?
This training will cover these questions, learning from experts by experience, and incorporating evidence based techniques in personality disorder, which you will be able to apply to nonclinical and frontline settings (for example, probation, homelessness support and accommodation, drug and alcohol services, mental health settings.

Please note that the training is focused predominantly on work with 18+ although the approaches will also be relevant for work with younger people.
