Many of us are working towards creating diverse, community-led groups – but how should we deal with the issues that can break these spaces down?
Confrontational behaviour, sexually unwanted remarks or behaviour, xenophobia and racism– can create barriers to well functioning groups, and detract from the warm welcome which we want to facilitate, potentially leading to drop outs and poor experiences.
This training will support you to consider setting an framework for effective and welcoming groups, and deal with challenging behaviours that may emerge within community groups.

The purpose of group training is to deliver training to your workplace group on a date, and in a format, which suits you.
Training can be delivered either live online or in your workplace.
The cost of training will depend on the size of your group, the length of the training, whether you require any extras (eg an extended Q&A), and – if you require training in the workplace – your location.
